I started Cambio because during my corporate career I experienced, first hand, consultancies coming in and delivering ineffective training or implementing changes that actually had the opposite effect of improving work practices and efficiencies.

In some cases it took longer to do a job once they had left! Often they didn't ask the right questions to the right people and failed to truly understand what the issues were; which really frustrated and disappointed me.

Most companies don't want complicated and costly solutions to their problems. They want a simple, cost effective solution - and that's what we provide.
