HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

Exploratory Meeting

The first step with any business is to understand what it does. If we fail to do this then we're hardly in a position to help in the right way. Before deciding on the right course of action we need to know what makes your business tick. 

Initially we’ll meet to discuss your business concerns and requirements in terms of efficiency savings and operating costs. Information disclosed in this meeting will be treated as strictly confidential.  

At the end of the meeting we will be in a better position to understand what you do and how we can help.

Full Day Consultation

An appointment will then be made for us to come into your business for up to one day where we will carry out some detailed analysis so we can establish a clear and coherent picture of what processes and practices can be improved and where cost savings can be made.

We will then report back our findings; highlighting areas that we feel could and should be operating more efficiently.

Next Steps

If we discover that we cannot save you money you do not pay for the initial consultation.

On the other hand, if we can suggest areas for improvement you have three options:

  1. Leave the project in our capable hands, safe in knowledge that we have a wealth of experience helping companies improve performance and their bottom line.
  2. Continue the improvements in-house with your own team using Cambio Solutions to provide assistance in the form of training or workshops.
  3. Continue the improvements in-house using your own team without our support.
  4. Do nothing (naturally, we wouldn’t advocate this choice).
